The proposal stimulates pleasure of patisserie offering various of taste and experience of pastry by having a taste experiential garden, an al-fresco dining experience with the view towards the kitchen showcasing the making of the pastry, just like a pastry stage. The proposal represents the future of patisserie art and the culture of France and pastry making culture. Promoting the original ways of pastry making integrating with innovative technologies. The Soho Patisserie Garden scheme will contribute to the Westminster’s City Plan in terms of economy, social, culture, community and sustainability towards the environment. The scheme aim is to introduce a better life of eating and leisure for the community, providing an enhancement for the current open space, embracing the historical building of St. Anne’s Church; introducing a unique environment and innovated culture of pastry eating to the community.
